Name:
♡ Sunny Simjang.
♡ 맑은 심장
Gender:
♡ Female.
Age:
♡ 18.
Affiliation:
♡ Neutral.
Class:
♡ Trainer.
Appearance:
♡Hair: Sunny's hair is a beautiful auburn-brown color, which can frequently be seen in a downward style which is straightened. Reaching right past her mid-chest, her hair is typically extremely soft due to using extensive hair products due to her parent's wishes. Sometimes she does different styles besides her typical straightened style, such as a high ponytail or braids, but it is not as frequent as her usual. Sometimes her hair can look black in different lighting, but not often, along with her bangs being fully down or pinned up with bobby pins.
♡ Face: Sunny's face makes her appear to look extremely delicate, as it is the perfect balance between delicate and sharp features. She typically wears makeup on the medium side, such as light eyeshadow and eyeliner, along with a light gloss or liquid lipstick. Along with this she wears a medium coverage foundation or BB Cream, as she suffers from slight discoloration, but it is not noticeable unless one looks too clearly under her eyes. Her eyebrows appear to not have much of an arch but are still sharp, and her eyes are a brown color. One of her most prominent features that she "wears" on her face is pink face paint, which is in the shape of four triangles. She likes to add this because she feels it gives her character, and occupies the blank space on her cheeks instead of blush. Her nose is delicate and small, and she enjoys putting on a light highlighter on it and her cheeks to give shine.
♡ Body & Clothing Style: Sunny can be seen as a very fit individual, as she is very thin due to exercising and having a proper diet. She weighs 128 lbs and stands at 5'10", and has the figure of what some may consider an hourglass. Her skin is very fair and pale, as is the rest of her family, and is slightly toned. For the clothing she wears, she can typically be seen in clothing that is defined as "stylish". The colors of this typical clothing style are blue, white, pink, and black, along with small splashes of multiple colors due to the accessories she wears. She prefers very loose fitting clothing to extremely tight clothing, nothing in-between. Jean shorts and pants, tank tops and crop tops, wind breakers, sweaters, shorts, skirts, and much more, she can be seen in many different types of popular clothing of the modern era. The only exception is when she wears very ornate styles of Asian clothing, which consists of the same color scheme, as her family and their house live in a very eastern lifestyle. However, she always tries to dress with the occasion, as well as the weather and season.

History:
♡ For eight years of her life, Sunny grew up in a region extremely far away from Torrenta known as 체리 in their native language, also known as Cheli. A land that is covered in a constant state of reigning cherry blossoms and an extremely eastern style of living, it was a large place of Korean population and old-style businesses. Cheli was a place where no Pokemon were ever seen or heard of- as they had not resided in the region for many years. Besides many ancient depictions of Pokemon on tapestries and banners, keepers of Pokemon were never seen here considering the fact that there was nothing for Pokemon here- no shops, no poke-centers, nothing besides things for humans. The region lived off of imported produce besides the plants they grew, which is how they got their protein intake and calcium deposits. Older-styled people with older views on life, many people of this region could have been seen as ones to revolve their lives around their work and family, which is something that Sunny's family acted as.
♡ On February 27th, Eighteen years ago, Sunny was born into the Simjang family located in Cheli. A wealthy and extremely business-related family, they specialized in the art of making classical tapestries, banners, and clothing of their cultural legends and significant arts. Her family consisted of herself, along with two older brothers and an older sister, and a typical mother and father. Sharing typical family ideals that other families held in Cheli, Sunny's family was very close and present with each-other in nearly every aspect of their lives, trying to do what is best for their family in the sense of survival and group-satisfaction. This being said, Sunny's parents often forced ideals upon their children which were deemed "classical" and "basic" in a sense for the Cheli residents, more often her father than her mother. Considering her father was the barterer and shop owner of their family's small business, he had much more of an overbearing personality than her mother, as she was much more relaxed and open to new ideals. This is due to her working as the lead weaver in their family, often sitting in her own room in her house working away at her customized loom.
♡ Growing up in Cheli, Sunny was a very large dreamer and kind girl. At nature, she was very introverted in a sense, as she found it hard to socialize with other children in her area as well as make friends. She always found herself dazing off into the cherry blossom trees outside her window, dreaming of the animals she saw in the tapestries that she made with her family- Pokemon. It was impossible for her to grow close to Pokemon like other children did her age because there were none in Cheli, making them just dreams that existed overseas. All she knew were the appearances of different types of Pokemon and nothing more, not even their names, as they were all one big mystery to those native of the land of cherry blossoms. This was the case for her and her older sister, Winter, which was only a few years older than her. They both worked together in their weaving processes, while their two older brothers worked with their father in the business aspect of their business. Due to not seeing them much as they were gone nearly all of the time she was awake, she never really got to learn about her older brothers that were much older than her. The only people in the family that she was close to were her parents and her sister, as in the case with friendships- she had none, until she turned the age of six.
♡ As the school system did not exactly exist in this region, similarly to Torrenta, she was taught by her own mother various life lessons as well as how to make tapestries, banners, and clothing. These things were all very ornate, things she did not enjoy but did not know weren't things those in other regions didn't wear, which is why she couldn't complain. On the off chance her mother was busy she would spend the day at her neighbor's with her sister, which is where she met her first friend. This friend was a girl named Ga-eul, and was a very extroverted individual- unlike Sunny. However, their conflicting personalities balanced each-other out, and due to spending so much time together, they became best friends. Spending all of her off hours along with the time she did not sleep playing in the cherry trees with Ga-eul, Sunny began to long for an independent lifestyle, despite her young age. As she worked as a weaver every day since she turned four, she spent most of her life inside looking out her window, which was not something that Ga-eul did. Ga-eul could have been described as the cool child, dressing with imported westernized clothing instead of the typical and classical eastern, which symbolized Pokemon in a non-artist sense. With pictures of Pokemon on shirts and various accessories with things about them, it was the only way Sunny ever had the ability to learn things about Pokemon, such as their actual appearances and names. Despite her only learning about a small amount of them that came with the western styles, she began to love Pokemon more and more, and wished that she would someday be able to experience Pokemon in her life.
♡ Around the time she was eight years old, her family's business began to lack. Cheli had all of the things they needed in the departments of textile work, and along with new rival businesses opening up, they began to get less and less work to do. The Simjang family was facing the fears of the possibility of losing their jobs- and with that, they would have to give up their house, their belongings, and each-other. It was something they were not willing to do, which is why they decided that they would research different regions to move to. They wished to continue their business elsewhere, and needed to find a place fast, which is why they decided to move to one of the first regions they saw on the world map- Torrenta. With that she had to say goodbye to her best friend and only friend she ever had- Ga-eul. She was the closest person that Sunny was ever close to, therefore it nearly broke her in the process. Leaving Cheli to go to Torrenta was a bittersweet moment as Ga-eul told her that it was where she ordered her western styled clothing and accessories from, therefore Pokemon would be there. A dream lost and a dream came true, at the age of eight, she boarded a large plane and permanently left the land of cherry blossom trees and Korean culture permanently.
♡ Upon arriving in Torrenta, she began to see groups upon groups of Pokemon through her plane window, and with that, her sadness from leaving Ga-eul was gone for the time being. She was on her way to start a new life, or so she thought- but it would be different, even if it were only in the outside setting. Seeing green trees and Pokemon were something that she always dreamed of seeing, and she finally got to see them, which was a beautiful sight. She arrived in Torrenta with the rest of her family and started their business once more, and with that, her life from Cheli began to show as much in Torrenta as it did there. However, unlike the cherry blossoms that stretched across her window in Cheli, they were now rustling oak trees that housed various species of bird and insect Pokemon. Their business was up and running again, and with that, the demands came more and more. She did not leave her house or her loom for ten years, satisfying her task of making tapestries, banners, and eastern-styled clothing once again- her only break being sleeping, eating, and making clothing and tapestries of her own.
♡ As she stayed in Torrenta, Sunny found herself secretly making tapestries and clothing unlike what her family asked for in addition to what they did. These came in the forms of the Pokemon that stayed outside her window in the treetops, along with clothing that she saw others wear walking across the outside sidewalk. These styles were western instead of eastern, and included full outfits that would make her look like she fit in. While her family slept she would wear these outfits during the night as she drew the Pokemon that appeared during the night, wishing that one day she would finally be able to leave the Simjang house and become a Pokemon trainer on her own, like the rest of the people she saw out her window. This wish slowly made her more and more upset with what she was doing, and began to lose interest in the textile craft.
♡ A few months after she turned 18, she finally snapped and decided that she was done making things for the business. Her eastern clothing fully removed from her body and dressed in the clothing that she made that reflected stylish western ideals, she was ready to start her journey as a Pokemon trainer and traveler of the world. Her hair tied back into a high ponytail, her western makeup applied to her face, and wearing her customized winter clothing of pink and white, she looked like a local of Torrenta, and unlike anyone from Cheli, which was a rare sight to see. When the clock struck seven and she knew her father was out to do the business work, she walked into her mother's room and told her that she would be embarking on her journey that morning. Her mother was hesitant but open, and entrusted her with a beautiful pink bracelet to symbolized her acceptance of her wishes. However, she was informed that her father would definitely not be pleased with it- but she did not care. Her sister was also just as supportive as her mom if not more, and with that, she was ready to leave. She packed up her clothing, thicker tapestries used as blankets a large blankets and her few belongings she owned and stepped out her house for the first time in ten years, embarking on her new adventure as a Pokemon Trainer.
