Britain and Ireland are now finally able to enjoy their time of peace, having worked tirelessly over the first 10 years to rebuild their country and strengthen fragile bonds between communities. Harry Potter's scar has not hurt for the past 19 years, and with both Harry Potter and Hermione Granger-Weasley in positions of power within the Ministry, there is a hope that the world remains protected by the Golden Trio. Ron Weasley works with his brothers -yes, plural!- at Weasley’s Wizarding Wheezes, which serves the Ministry as a port of call for new Defense Against the Dark Arts. He also occasionally teaches the subject at both Hogwarts and the university.
As the Wizarding World has gotten back to it's feet, a time of peace reigns. Yet for every light... there is a shadow...
