For normal affiliation, it does not matter, but for becoming a sister site it DOES.

Torrenta is accepting advertisements.
If you want to advertise your board here, then make a new thread in the Affiliate/Advertise sub-board. Include your link and don't bump any advertisement threads unless you're updating or clarifying something. These are the only requirements—you alone can prevent stupidity.
AFFILIATION
Torrenta is accepting affiliates.
One of our buttons should be up on your site if you want to affiliate with us. We are not particularly snooty, so your skin can suck and we won't care. Traffic is traffic.
Post your site's affiliation code (or the affiliate button and the link to your site) in this topic to affiliate with Torrenta. Any other thread found requesting to become an affiliate will be deleted or ignored. If your website is inactive after we've affiliated with you (we consider inactive one month without any members' posts [cbox posts do not count, especially if the topic is "Gee, why is our site dead?"]), you will get removed from our affiliates. Your button may also be re-sized if it is over 88x31 pixels in size and has a border.
Someone will do an affiliate check every few months, so if you've got an updated button and are still active, we'll replace your smelly old one.
