Appearance
At first glance, Eagleheart appears to be a shiny Braviary pokemorph, with blue plumage adorning various parts of his body. However, on closer inspection, the feathers are not really part of him, nor are they even real - they are just costume props.
He's a tall and muscular man, and he seems to love showing off his physique - he's rarely seen in anything other than his professional wrestling costume, which consists only of boots, wristbands, and long-legged tights. His skin is fair, though he's often out in the sun, so it's not unusual to see him with a tan. His costume matches his shiny Braviary motif - mostly blue, but with some white, yellow, and red accents. A bird-like symbol is tattooed on his back, while his chest is adorned with feathers. His arms are feathered, too (making them look somewhat like a Hawlucha's) and he wears a feather headdress on his hairless scalp. His facial hair changes sporadically, but he usually has a beard or goatee - dyed the same blue as his Braviary plumage, of course.
Eagleheart carries himself with confidence and always speaks at an impressive volume- it's a habit he learned in the ring, where he has to speak loudly to be heard over the crowd- he's just been doing it for so long that he's honestly forgotten how to talk like a normal person.
Personality
Simply put, Eagleheart loves to put on a show. He'll do anything to get the crowd excited- even if there's no 'crowd' to speak of. He is an entertainer through and through; he always acts as if he's performing for an audience, except in the privacy of his own home.
Throughout his wrestling career, he's shown a wide range of personalities - he's been a face (good guy), a heel (bad guy), and pretty much everything in between. He's most comfortable being a face, though.
He is almost always 'in character' to some extent. He never seems to take his costume off, and no one seems to know his real name. It's hard to tell why he does this - perhaps he just doesn't want to break the illusion, or perhaps he himself is a bit too convinced that he really is the character he portrays... Whatever the case, though, he obviously isn't completely lost in his role. He's still fully aware that the fights are staged, he's not a sore loser, and when not on work hours, he's very friendly with other wrestlers- even his 'enemies'. He also loves meeting fans (even fans of wrestling in general who aren't fans of him in particular) and freely gives his autograph to anyone who seems interested.
Eagleheart hasn't spent much time around Pokemon- sometimes their moves are used to create pyrotechnic-like effects, but they never go into the ring with human wrestlers. (He's heard that there is a Pokemon wrestling league, but he's never seen it for himself.) Recently, he's become a bit bored with wrestling, but he's still happy to meet anyone who recognizes him as a wrestler.
History
He was born in a remote and rural part of Unova. He was an only child, but his parents were poor and unemployed- his father had worked at a factory, but the factory was shut down shortly before Eagleheart was born. In order to make ends meet, his parents captured and bred stray Lillipup and sold their offspring.
Inevitably, his parents were caught and arrested, and he was sent to a foster home. With three older brothers who constantly bullied him, it was here that he learned to defend himself. Unfortunately, when it was discovered that he and his siblings had been fighting, it was Eagleheart who got all the blame.
He was sent to counseling. When that didn't work, he was sent to anger management. When that didn't work, he was sent to military school. While there, he joined the wrestling team and finally found people with whom he fit in- so he decided to stay there, even after his 'education' was over. Eventually he became Captain of the wrestling team- but, one by one, his friends all left to go home or join the Unovan armed forces. He became bored and began to wander around Unova, attending tryouts for various wrestling leagues. He was hired by a small, independent league and rose through the ranks, gradually gaining fame until he was invited to join the prestigious Unova Wrestling Federation. He accepted, and thus Eagleheart was born.
After a long career of wrestling, Eagleheart once again became bored. Now, seeking a new way to entertain his fans, he's become interested in the idea of performing with Pokemon partners. When a friend told him about the Coordinator contests in Torrenta, he decided to go and experience it for himself. He also decided to join the Torrenta Pokemon Rangers, because he has always enjoyed helping those in need.
